NRC: New men's leader; women closer after Joe Martin Stage Race

The competition atop the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar standings is heating up as there is a new menand#39;s leader. The womenand#39;s standings are tightening after the series rolled through its second event, the Joe Martin Stage Race p/b Nature Valley, in Fayetteville, Ark. The four-day stage race featured extraordinary competition and crowned deserving winners.
