NRC: Alison Powers to women's lead, Mancebo tops men
The USA Cycling National Racing Calendar started its 2013 season with the Redlands Bicycle Classic presented by San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in California. After four spectacular days of racing, Francisco Mancebo and Alison Powers emerged atop the menand#39;s and womenand#39;s standings, respectively.
