Hurricane Sandy isnand#39;t stopping the popular Staten Cross 2012, it is offering new opportunities for racers, rolling their entry fees into the following weekendand#39;s Super Cross Cup in nearby Long Island, and postponing the fifth edition of the race to 2013.
